Mid-Columbia Symphony Names New Executive Director

KENNEWICK, Wash.--Three Rivers Convention Center officials introduce the new Executive Director of the Mid-Columbia Symphony today. Tricia Vest takes over for Cathy Holle.

Vest will now lead her 65 member symphony during this year's performance season. The first concert is Saturday, September 29th with guest conductor Dr. Nicholas Wallin.

"One of the things that we were most impressed about when we moved was how kind the community is," said  Vest. And how involved they are. This is just a wonderful venue to show that."

Aside from a new director, convention officials say there will be a reception before and after every performance. Valet parking will also be available to spectators.
