KITTITAS, Wash. -- Josh Rojas will be arraigned today at Kittitas County Court. The Central Washington football player is accused of raping an 18 year old girl after a party on September 21st.

Lawyers will make a motion today to interview the victim in the case.

Rojas has been suspended from the team and was released from jail last Tuesday after posting $10,000 bail.

Today's arraignment is scheduled for 1:30 at the Kittitas County courthouse.

Prosecutors will likely charge Rojas with second degree rape. If convicted, he faces 6 1/2 to 8 1/2 years in prison.
