Central Washington officials have released this statement regaring the situation:

"CWU takes this matter very seriously.  This is an Ellensburg Police matter.  We take steps to ensure student safety at Central, working with local officials and having safety policies in place. We constantly review policies to ensure we are doing every thing we can to keep students safe."

Rojas is no longer allowed on campus, unless he gets permission from campus police or the student affairs office.
