Tri-City Fever football coach arrested on two felony warrants
Tony Wells is in jail tonight facing several felony charges.
When Wells' ex-girlfriend allegedly called police because she thought someone was in her apartment, police found Wells. And it turned out he had two felony warrants out for his arrest. One of the warrants was for dealing in stolen property in Florida and another in Kentucky for fraud.
He was arrestedf as a "fugitive from justice" and will be held in jail in the Tri-Cities pending extradition charges.
Police say Wells has been cooperating with them.
Wells was about to begin his second year as head coach of the Tri-City Fever af2 football team.
