Plane Crash Bodies Taken to Seattle for Identifications
YAKIMA, Wash. - The Yakima County coroner's office says the bodies of 10 plane crash victims are being taken to Seattle where the King County medical examiner's office will help make the official identifications.
The pilot and nine skydivers died Sunday when their plane went down near White Pass on a flight from Boise to Shelton.
The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the cause of the crash.
Officials at the scene say the plane apparently went nearly straight into the ground.
