BENTON COUNTY, Wash- The State Health Department is reporting another local case of salmonella poisoning -- linked to frozen pot pies made by Conagra. This time it's a boy in Benton County.
That makes eight people confirmed sick in Washington so far. No Conagra Foods is voluntarily recalling all varieties of the pies.
There are at least 165 cases of salmonella poisoning in 31 states right now.
Earlier this week -- the State Health Department found out about a Yakima County woman who got sick.
The pot pies are also sold under store brand names of Albertson's, Great Value, Kroger and Western Family.
Conagra leaders say the pies should be thrown away. They are offering refunds.
