Not Guilty Plea for Fugitive Arraigned in Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. - A federal magistrate in Spokane has entered a not guilty plea for Kenneth Freeman and ordered him held without bond.

The 45-year-old was returned from Hong Kong yesterday to face accusations of raping his daughter and posting videos online.

Freeman was indicted in Spokane in January on child pornography charges.

When he was arrested in Hong Kong in May he was 1 of the U.S. marshals most-wanted fugitives.

He is a former reserve Benton County deputy sheriff who was originally arrested in November 2005. The case was featured on the "America's Most Wanted" TV show.
