PASCO, Wash.- Diesel continues to approach record prices.
KNDU talked with some truck drivers Friday who say their transportation costs are rising as well, but they say the price of everything they have to haul is also going up.
In Pasco Friday, diesel was $3.63 a gallon. We caught up with one trucker there who says his company has been forced to raise the prices on the products they ship since prices started climbing again last month.
"I see it go up about three, probably, about 20-25 cents a gallon you know, and, the people of the united states need to realize that this affects everything that they buy," said Marvin Guillory.
In the last month, prices in the Tri-Cities went from $3.11 to $3.56 a gallon.
Same story in Yakima where prices rose $0.40 from $3.14 to $3.54 a gallon.
