RICHLAND, Wash. - A driver crashed through a concrete barrier in Richland on Sunday night.
It happened just after 8 o'clock at the intersection of Williams and Stevens Drive in Richland.
Richland Police said the driver was heading northbound on Steven Drive when he lost control, ran into the retaining wall and hit two homes.
Police said there was minimum damage done to the homes.
Authorities received a number of calls from surrounding neighbors.
Police arrested the driver for driving under the influence.
He was taken to Benton County Jail.
