KENNEWICK, Wash. - Some pumpkins are smashed and a few disturbance calls are made, but what really keeps police occupied on Halloween night is drunk drivers.
After trick or treater's went home most of the activity Kennewick Police saw happened downtown. Police say a lot of people stayed up late partying, drinking to much and driving irresponsibly.
The state patrol also stepped in making several arrests for drunk driving. Kennewick Police officers say this is normal for Halloween.
