KENNEWICK, Wash. - Preparations are underway for this years Christmas Lighted Boat Parade happening on the Columbia River.
The parade is December 7th and 8th. Boats will take off on Clover Island just under the Cable Bridge at 6 P.M. both days. They'll make there way up the Columbia River along side Columbia Park, past Columbia Point and up to Howard Amon Park in Richland. They'll then return the same way and arrive back at Clover Island around 9 o'clock.
The boats will float along side the Benton County Side of the River.
Anywhere from 20 to 30 boats will be participating in the parade.
