WHITE PASS, Wash. -- The recent rainy weather will keep some skiers off the slopes for at least a few more days.
The White Pass ski resort is closed for the weekend. Workers say that they only have about an inch and a half of snow on the slopes and that's not enough to keep people safe.
The resort will use the weekend to make snow and they say that, with the help of a snowstorm, the slopes could be open as early as midweek.
