CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) - The Panthers scored an unlikely win against the Seattle Seahawks in North Carolina.
Rookie Matt Moore, the fourth quarterback to start for the Panthers this season, engineered three scoring drives in the fourth quarter, stunning the NFC West Champions 13-10.
The Panthers came in with six losses in seven games and turned in their best defensive performance of the season, snapping the Seahawks' 5-game winning streak.
Seattle quarterback Matt Hasselbeck was 27 of 41 for 274 yards. The Seahawks had no running game. Their only touchdown came on a Hasselbeck 15-yard pass to Deion Branch with 1 second left.
