Yakima Shooting Suspect Faces Three Counts of Assault

YAKIMA, Wash - A Yakima man accused of shooting at least 10 rounds at a group of people Monday morning made a preliminary appearance in court Tuesday. 

Twenty-two-year-old Salvadore Garza Jr. faces three counts of first degree assault.  During the shooting, one victim was wounded in the chest and taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Garza's bail is set at half a million dollars.
