Jim Clements Named To The Public Disclosure Commission On Friday
OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) - Former Senator Jim Clements was named to a five-year term on the Public Disclosure Commission.
Govenor Chris Gregoire announced the appointment Friday. Clements, of Selah, served one term in the Washington State Senate, having been appointed after Senator Alex Deccio resigned.
Clements was knocked off in the GOP Primary by Yakima businessman Curtis King. He served 12 years in the House of Representatives, representing the 14th District which includes Yakima, Union Gap, selah, Naches and all of Western Yakima County.
