RICHLAND, Wash. - A Richland winery won a number of very prestigious awards in California.
Barnard Griffin won Best of Class and Pink Sweepstakes for it's 2007 Rose of Sangiovese.
More than 1,500 wineries across the country participated in the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition. This is one of the largest wine competitions in the country.
Barnard Griffin also brought home a double Gold for their 2005 Merlot, a Gold on their 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon and a Silver on the 2004 Ciel du Cheval Reserve from Red Mountain.
