A resident made a complaint after he thought they saw a Pasco officer accepting gratuities.
After the investigation Pasco Police now say the person in question is a member of the Franklin County Sheriff's Office.

By the time we reached the Franklin County Sheriff, he had left for the day and was unavailable for comment.
