Yakima nursing assistant has license revoked after child rape conviction

OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) - The state Board of Board has announced the suspension of the license of a Yakima certified nursing assistant because of his convictions for child molestation and child rape last year.
The department says Aaron Carter can't practice or be employed as a nursing assistant until the charges against him are resolved.
The department says Carter was convicted in November 2007 of second-degree child molestation and third-degree child rape, both felonies.
