Pasco Dog Finds What Appears to be Part of a Human Scalp
PASCO -- A dog brings home what appears to be part of a human scalp in east pasco and police are still trying to figure out where the scalp came from.
Two days ago someone on the 600 block of Elm Street told police that their dog turned up with what appeared to be a human scalp.
Police say they've been looking all over the area for answers. They've used K-9 dogs, talked to neighbors and even used a plane to look for a possible missing body. They say this could be a homicide, but it's too early to tell.
Right now no other body parts have been found and the scalp has been sent for testing to confirm that it is from a human.
There are a number of open fields in the area of East Pasco where the scalp was found. Right now all that police will say is that the hair on the scalp is dark.
Police are asking for the public's help. They want neighbors to think about anyone they haven't seen in a while. If you have any information, please contact Pasco police.
