Indecent Exposure Suspect Arrested, now wanted in Pasco

KENNEWICK, Wash.- Police have arrested a man accused of exposing himself to four people.

Police arrested 41 year old John Mark Steel and now say he's wanted for the same thing in Pasco.

Pasco Police got a report similar to the one in Kennewick, but this time, they had a license plate number.

That number matched the description of a suspect car and when they tracked down the owner, he matched the description of the suspect.

Kennewick police picked up Steel Wednesday morning and after questioning, determined he was the man who exposed himself to a woman and her son from his car Tuesday.

Steel was booked into the Benton County Jail for indecent exposure, and now Pasco Police want him for the same crime.

"Worked though that information tried to figure out who the person was and then ultimately he was identified by victims of the crimes," said Capt. Jim Raymond with Pasco Police.

Police say he's still in the Benton County Jail on $250 bail, and if he bails out he'll be immediately arrested by Pasco Police.

He faces indecent exposure charges in both cities.
