PULLMAN, Wash. - Despite getting a late start on recruiting, new Washington State football coach Paul Wulff announced today that 25 players had signed letters of intent to
play for the Cougars next season.
      Wulff, who replaced Bill Doba in December, signed 18 high school players and seven junior college transfers. Nine of the players were from Washington schools, an area Wulff said he planned to heavily recruit.
