WASHINGTON--Five state senators are proposing legislation that would require drivers to pay a fee depending on the size of their engine in liters.

Most sport utility vehicles have a minimum four liter engine. That will cost you $275 dollars. With the more liters you have, the more you're going to fork over. And the issue has people fired up.
