YAKIMA, WASH -- 21 year old Marcus Bradford of Finley was shot and killed yesterday after he, along with Khiry Jackson and Lawrence Adams entered a house on the 200 block of Observation Drive.

According to the probable cause document, the three men went into the house to buy 150 pounds of marijuana. Police say they found some marijuana, but not 150 pounds worth.

Luis Acevedo, the man responsible for the house, saw that Bradford had a gun. Acevedo then shot Bradford in the head. Acevedo has not been arrested. Police are still looking into the case.
