BENTON COUNTY, Wash. - Rainy conditions made for tough driving Friday night.
A driver hit the back of a semi truck on Eastbound 82 between West Richlandat and Benton City at 8 o'clock Friday night.
Troopers cited him for driving too close.
The semi didn't stop but authorities don't think the truck driver realized the two vehicles hit each other.
Troopers said to leave at least a car length for every ten miles per hour you are driving.
No one was seriously hurt.
