Making The Switch To Digital TV

Posted: Updated:

KENEWICK, Wash. - Nearly one year from now all television signals switch from analog to digital. If you don't have a TV that picks up a digital signal, you won't be able to tune in to your favorite shows.

Starting February 17, 2009 if you use rabbit ears to watch TV, it doesn't matter how much you adjust the antennas, the analog signal won't be there.

We've made it easier for you to find out how to go digital.

It's all right here on our website.  Just highlight "Programming", then click on the box labeled "About Digital TV."

There we've got everything you need to know to make the switch. To go digital you've got three options: sign up for cable or satellite service, buy a digital converter box, or buy a new digital TV.

If you have questions like, "Where do I buy a digital converter?" Or, "How do I know if I have a digital TV already?" All the answers are right there.
