PASCO, Wash.- Accused killer Vicente Ruiz now has a lawyer.
The court appointed well-known public defender Kevin Holt as co-council Thursday, a week after his last attorney resigned.
Ruiz also asked the court for medical attention for a hernia and bad tooth.
He's accused of killing five people in a shooting at Medina's Auto Body in Pasco in 1987.
His trial is set for August.
