Yakima, WA - Borton Enterprises is planning to build a big apartment complex on 14-acres in Yakima.
The company submitted an application to the city for a 342-unit apartment complex off Nob Hill Boulevard and 52nd Avenue.
The plans also include 516 parking spaces.
A company spokesperson says these will be upscale, self contained rental units in a gated complex.
They hope to start construction once they finish the permit process in a few months.
The entire project will cost between 25 and 30 million dollars.
