Teacher helps crack case of unidentified body of teen girl

Tacoma, WA -  A teacher in the Tacoma School District helps detectives identify a badly burned body that was found near Moxee seven months ago.

Alyson Baker noticed a digital composite that had been sent out to schools in early December.

Baker sent an email to the Yakima Sheriff's Office and DNA testing confirmed it.

"The recently died red hair, date of the missing and date of the body found and just the height and just everything," says Baker in reference to how the composite seemed to match up with Lobdell.

The Yakima Sheriff's Office believes Lobdell died from a drug overdose, but the Yakima County Coroner still considers this a murder.
