Hermiston loses to Corvallis in State Quarterfinals, 72-47

EUGENE, Ore. - Hermiston's magical season has come to an end. Playing in the school's first-ever state quarterfinal game, the Bulldogs lost to Corvallis 72-47, snapping a 16-game winning streak.

Sam Grogan was the only Bulldog in double figures, scoring 12. The Bulldogs trailed by 10 at the half, but were outscored by 15 in the second half.  Cody Meeks was playing on a sprained ankle and finished  0-4 with 4 pts. Larry Usher's team finishes the year 20-6
