Museum Works to Prevent Future Graffiti

Posted: Updated:

YAKIMA, Wash. -- The graffiti has been removed from the Yakima Valley Museum. Now museum leaders are trying to figure out how to prevent it from happening again.

It cost $350 to have the roof cleaned and nearly $2,000 to replace damaged light fixtures.

They're considering putting up wire fencing to keep vandals off the roof, but are worried it would take away from the appearance of the building.
