RICHLAND, Wash.--Six-year-old Macey Widmier called 911 because her grandmother wasn't breathing.
The 911 Dispatcher who took the call said she was very impressed in how Macey, an aspiring teacher, handled herself. Because of Macey's efforts, she still has her grandmother.
In the story is the actual 911 phone call between the dispatcher and Macey.
911 Manager, Jim Barber said parent's have to teach their kids the basics. Their names, addresses and phone numbers. Barber said what Macey did was truly special. One of the best things he's ever been apart of.
