PASCO, Wash.--A parking brake could've played a role in Thursday's accident involving an armed Loomis guard.
Video shows the ambulance taking the man away Thursday morning. For security reasons we aren't releasing where the accident took place, but it happened in Pasco.
Pasco police say guards were following standard procedure, transferring money from one truck to another. The employee injured was on the ground, standing in between both vehicles when one of them unexpectedly began rolling back, pinning his legs.
The cause of the investigation continues.
Authorities say it's likely the man will return to work in a matter of days. A Loomis spokesman could only confirm the employee suffered minor injuries.
