PASCO, Wash. -- A mother and brother call police after a shot is fired in their house. When police arrived, the mother and brother had fled but a 44-year-old man was still inside with a gun. It all happened on the 4700 block of Octave Street. Police waited outside the house until 44-year-old James Rabe came out with his hands up.
They then quickly walked up and made the arrest. They say Rabe was drunk and angry when he fired one and maybe two shots into the wall of the house.
Fortunately, no one was hurt. Rabe was arrested for misdemeanour warrants but Pasco Police say other charges could range from reckless endangerment to assault.
