KENNEWICK, Wash. - Defensive back Jamie Hattley was one of just four players left from last year's Fever roster. That number is now down to three.
Coach Cedric Walker traded Hattley over the weekend to Arkansas for rookie linebacker Carlton Baker of Memphis. Hattley struggled in the Week One loss to Stockton. The Fever surrendered six touchdown passes in the defeat. Walker told KNDU on the phone Monday that Hattley was looking to move into a different system as well, so the move was a mutual one.
Last year Hattley led the team in tackles and also had five interceptions.
The only players left from last year are J.R. Thomas, Emery Beckles and Ruschard Dodd-Masters. Tri-Cities hosts Spokane Sunday at 3 p.m.
