RICHLAND, Wash. - A man is tased and bitten by a k-9 after burglarizing a warehouse in Richland Tuesday night.
The burglary happened at a warehouse at 1300 Dakota Street off of Columbia Park Trail in Richland just before 11:00 p.m.
Witnesses say they saw a man crawl through a window of the warehouse, and called 911.
When police arrived 38-year-old James Way was inside. Police say Way is a transient from Ohio.
It took ten officers from several different agencies to secure and monitor the building. State Patrol, Benton County Sheriffs and Kennewick police officers assisted Richland police in the arrest.
