PASCO, Wash.-- Tuesday, April 15th means it's time to get your taxes mailed in. Many people on Tuesday rushed to make those last minute drop offs.
The Pasco post office is the only place in the Tri-Cities where you can still get your taxes post marked with Tuesday's date. We caught up with some people at the post office earlier who told us why they waited until the last minute.
"My daughter is in high school and I had to take care of all that, and I work and I procrastinated basically," said Andrea Hopkins, who waited to mail her taxes until April 15th.
"Well I owed a lot of money this year, and I knew that coming in so I wanted to wait as long as I possible could," said Brian Mounce, who also waited until the tax deadline.
The Pasco post office is located at 3500 West Court Street. You still have until midnight Tuesday to make it out there and get your taxes in.
