YAKIMA, Wash. -- Actors of all ages came out in Yakima today to audition for a new county wide commercial campaign.
A local production company along with Citizens for Safe Yakima Valley Communities is looking for actors for their upcoming "Meth-Lied" campaign.
The series is aiming to educate the community on the progression of crystal meth users. Each episode will graphically depict changes in the subject as they succumb to meth.
The campaign will feature T.V. And radio commercials, billboards, and a website.
"Right now we're in the pilot program so for the first year it's just going to air in Yakima County and then based on statistics of how well it does the Attorney General will adopt it for the rest of the state," said Tina Moss of Enigma Marketing Solutions.
If you didn't make it to today's auditions you can still call and schedule an appointment. They are also looking for experienced make-up artists.
