UNION GAP, Wash.- Susan Galan lives in Nevada, but called KNDO to tell us about her frustrations with Western RV. She says back in February 2006, she bought a fifth wheel at a Western RV in Northern California.
Susan says about six months after she bought her RV, she says the walls started to bubble and collect moisture. When she contacted the company they sent a transport to pick up the RV and bring it the Western RV in Union Gap to be fixed. That was in December of 2007. Susan says she was told the job would take about six weeks, and now almost five months later, she's says she may never see that RV again.
Right now Susan is paying on a $50,000 loan, and lawyers she's talked to say there really isn't much she can do. For now, she's hoping to get the loan dropped so she can buy a house. Western RV emailed Susan Wednesday a suggested she seek legal help. Susan says she's having a hard time finding a lawyer to help her with this case.
