Kennewick Man Arrested for Flashing Neighbor

KENNEWICK, Wash.- A Kennewick man has been thrown in jail after exposing himself to neighbors on numerous occasions.

Police say 24-year-old Brian Vincent was on the deck at his South Buntin street home Monday morning when he pulled down his pants in front of his neighbor.

The neighbor thought he might not have realized she was gardening next door, but when she came back, he returned to the deck in a robe and this time began fondling himself.

"She shows us which house he's in, describes him, describes what he's wearing, the officers make contact, everything matches up, and he's subsequently arrested for lewd conduct," said Kennewick Police Sgt. Brian Swartswalter.

Police say it's not clear whether Vincent has any history of similar activity.
