RICHLAND, Wash. - In the world of coaching, climbing up the ranks is not easy . It took Richland native Mike Neidhold 21 years to get his dream job, but his time has finally arrived. Neidhold was introduced at Richland today as the new head football coach. The former Bomber quarterback has been on staff since 1986, when he broke into the coaching ranks as an assistant with his old school. He replaces Rick Redden who resigned last month to take a teaching job in China . Neidhold couldn't be happier.
