BENTON CITY, Wash.--  Friday night the family of an 11-year-old girl who was hit by a car in Benton City held a fundraiser for her.  Relatives and friends got together at Bar's Den Pizza. Money was donated for pizzas ordered, and there was also a silent auction.

People around the community donated everything from stuffed animals, to antiques, and oil changes.   Marshall's family says they are thankful for all the support and happy she's doing better. Her aunt, Paula Duranceau said, "Our family is feeling like we have a miracle.   Amy's just coming out, doing very well.   She's staying in Seattle at children's for the next week doing physical therapy."

Amy Marshall was hit by a car in Benton City two weekends ago. She was airlifted to Harborview medical center with severe head injuries. Her family says doctors tell them she will make a full recovery.
