PASCO, Wash. - There's a new candidate running for Franklin County Commissioner. Monday Brad Peck announced he's running for the district one seat.
Right now Peck is the Assistant to the C.E.O. at Energy Northwest. He owns the Moore Mansion, and has been renovating it for the past four years.
He said he doesn't want to point fingers at the current commissioners, but he sees a need for change.
"As I look at energy supplies, and costs, and as I look at the kind of aquifer I had some real concerns about whether or not we're doing the real forward thinking necessary to protect the interests of our agriculture community," said Brad Peck, Franklin County Commissioner Candidate.
Peck said he also supports idea of redistricting the county. He believes there needs to be more communication between the commissioner and the county citizens.
