KENNEWICK, Wash. - Tri-Cities Fever owner Doug MacGregor is selling shares of the team to any local investor who's interested. MacGregor lives in Austin. He owns nine AF2 teams and wants to get some local co-owners for each of his franchises. MacGregor still would be the majority owner. "From the onset of our involvement with the Tri-Cities Fever our intent has been to develop a strong base of local owners," said MacGregor, Texas af2 Holdings LLC President. "We believe that the team is ready to add local business leaders who want to be involved with building the team to the next level." The Fever are 4-5 after Saturday's win over Boise. They are at Central Valley Saturday.
