YAKIMA, Wash. -- Police continued to investigate a Yakima woman's claim that she was kidnapped and raped by four hispanic men on Saturday night.
The 38-year old claims she was attacked and forced into her boyfriend's 2007 Toyota Yaris in front of her apartment on McKinley Avenue Saturday night.
The Yaris was recovered at about 8:00 p.m. Sunday night on I-90 westbound near Ellensburg. The victim claims the suspects raped her somewhere on Snoqualmie Pass, then drove the car to Seattle where she was left at the Northgate Mall.
The victim told police she did not see the suspects' faces.
She was released from Harborview Medical Center Monday afternoon and Yakima police were hoping to interview her sometime in the next couple of days. Police were also waiting for results of her medical exams.
