SEATTLE (AP) - Sonics owner Clay Bennett is due back on the witness stand today in federal court in Seattle. He'll resume testimony about his attempt to move the team to Oklahoma City and break the Key Arena lease. The Sonics say they should be able to buy out the two seasons remaining on the lease for about $10 million. Bennett says the Sonics could lose $65 million if they are forced to play in Seattle. The city says the team should not be able to claim financial hardship to break the lease and that Bennett knew what he was doing when he bought the team for $350 million in 2006 and agreed to make a good-faith effort to develop a new arena. The NBA has already approved the franchise move.
