KENNEWICK, Wash.- The man charged with killing a well-known Kennewick businessman is out of the hospital and free on bail.
Prosecutors say Michael Nethercutt's blood alcohol level was more than four-times the legal limit at the time of a boat crash.
Meanwhile, the search continues for the body of Ed Gilbert.
Benton County Sheriff's Deputies say they will not end the search until his body is found.
Divers say river currents have made it impossible to locate the body so far.
