KENNEWICK, Wash.- Sometimes people think their bosses are strict, but a new poll shows people think they are even worse!
Believe it or not, the Zogby poll shows a-quarter of Americans compare their workplace to a dictatorship.
The Zogby International poll found 25 percent of American workers polled describe their employer as a dictator, and 34 percent of employers react well to employee criticism.
The poll also found only half of Americans feel motivated to work, while at work.
"It's mainly because they don't like taking orders from another person when they feel like they can do it themselves in a better way, and they get frustrated," said Anne Meisinger.
"I don't doubt that at all. There's a lot of people that I think try to dictate everything that's going on so I'm not surprised, but like I said, that's a huge number," said Gregg Flieger.
Zogby interviewed almost 2,500 people to get those numbers.
Another interesting stat, 31 percent of people think bosses always hire the wrong person.
