BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) - Three men who were arrested in December in connection with a marijuana growing operation have been sentenced in Bellingham to 240 hours of community service.
Twenty-6-year-old Sean A. Hall, 24-year-old Tobin R. Hall and 34-year-old Justin L. Maddock pleaded guilty to one count each of manufacturing marijuana.
Searches of properties in the Custer and Ferndale areas owned or rented by 1 of the three men turned up 150 plants, 30 pounds of packaged marijuana and growing equipment.
Drug Enforcement Administration agents also seized paperwork from The Edge, a snowboard and skateboard shop in Bellingham owned by Maddock and Sean Hall.
