MADISON 2008: Three boats top 150 mph in Friday Qualifying

MADISON, Indiana - Four boats qualified on the Friday of Madison Regatta weekend.  Leading the pack again was Steve David with a 154.950.

Only four boats got out on the water on Friday during testing times.  The U-6 Oh Boy! Oberto/Miss Madison made several trips out, including testing a new rudder and prop.  The U-6 Oh Boy! Oberto/Miss Madison, U-37 Beacon Plumbing and U-5 FormulaBoats.com all topped 150.

Jeff Bernard in the U-5 FormulaBoats.com actually ran a 154.655, but watched it taken off the board due to a N2 fuel flow violation.
