RICHLAND, Wash. - Drivers in Richland beware traffic construction planned for Wednesday morning.
According to city leaders there are problems with construction on Lawless Drive and now work that was done last Fall has to be fixed.
A bad batch of concrete was used last Fall when contractors were paving the road.
City experts said this could eventually cause problems in the future.
The contractor has agreed to fix it.
Now the contractor is scheduled to come back and re-do a portion of the road. City leaders said it's better to fix it sooner than later.
Construction will start Tuesday at six in the morning and last for three days. Work is expected to finish up Friday.
City leaders said businesses will be accessible.
Lawless Drive will be closed during construction.
